Desperate to escape an overturned ambulance, a group of paramedics, including young Inuit paramedic Melina, find themselves surrounded by violent prisoners. Discovering that they are the victims of an ambush, Melina’s journey to safety becomes the ultimate contest of wills, as the perpetrators hunt them down one by one.
