Do you sell, or can you tell me where to get hold of the posters, particularly sci-fi related?
Regards

Berry, the best place to pick up sci-fi related posters are from online sellers, plus every year at The MK Stadium there is the collectormania fair, which I think is on the weekend of the 27th May, there are always sellers there.

Dear Attack from Planet B,
If you can’t help me, no one can! You see, when I was a young child, we watched Creature Features every friday night. There are two movies that I saw during that time that have haunted me ever since. I have been searching for these movies for years to no avail. I only remember bits and pieces of them. One of them had creatures that were flat things with a long neck, they looked like rotten eggs. They flew and I remember a scene where one of them landed on the roof of a volkswagon, they were about three feet long. The other movie had a creature that was made up of energy, so it was basically a booming voice with ‘sparkles’ that appeared in the air. Any idea what movies these might be?
Creepily yours,
-Tortured by vague memories
PS. your website design is really top-notch, love it!

Hello,
I am the Blog Administrator at Movies Unlimited, a mail order retailer of classic movies. We’ve recently started a blog (www.MovieFanFare.com) and I thought some of your posts would be of interest to our readers. Would it be possible to reprint one of your posts on our blog? We would naturally provide a link back to your blog and provide a short bio if you supply it. The only changes we would make to your content would be adding any links we deem relevant to provide information to our readers (ex – links to our retail website or Wikipedia). Please let me know what you think of all of this, and keep up the amazing work!
I look forward to hearing from you.
Chris

Hi Chris,
Would it be possible for you to use a dedicated RSS feed from my site, rather than coping posts? If not I’m sure we can come to some agreement.
Cheers for the interest.
Adam

About 5 years ago I saw an old black and white sci-fi movie.
It featured a group an army of warriors dressed in Egyptain styled head garb attacking the greater population with spears and assisted by UFO’s.
What was the name of that movie?

One film that i think it could be is Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster where the bad guys had egyptain style head gear. Here is a review over at Classic Sci-fi Movies

I would like to ask if I might be able to get a movie title from you. The problem is, it was a movie played by our University of Houston public access network. I tried to access the info through my converter / remote control switch, but to no avail, as it was listed as “Houston College Programming.” It’s a black and white, 1950′s sci-fi thriller with a human “alien” and another alien chasing him. He meets a doctor / professor and is helped by hs daughter (who helps him) and they destroy large lobster-like creatures outside of town. Can you help me?

the film that i think that you might be looking for is Teenagers from Outer Space staring David Love and Dawn Anderson

I too need you fine folks to help put a title to a random movie. It’s a 90′s B movie I saw on TV years ago. It it about aliens trying to take over the world by distracting the human population with those nudie pens that you turn upside down and the girls top floats down. The only way you can kill them is with accordion music so they hide accordions in portapoties around the city, just in case. I’m not making this up! It was hilarious. It is not Mars Attacks. I can’t find anything about it on the internet, other than one other guy asking a different group of people this same question. Any clues? Thank you in advance!!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Agoura Hills, California
“DEVIL BAT DIARY – The Journal of Johnny Layton” by Peter H. Brothers
Inspired by the famous 1940 film, “Devil Bat Diary” (ISBN: 9-781461-070924), tells the “true” story of what “really” happened to the unhappy citizens of Heathville, Illinois, during that terrible prewar summer, as recorded in the long-suppressed journals of Chicago City Register’s principal newspaper correspondent, Jonathan “Johnny” Layton.
The Devil Bats were furry fiends created by a scientific genius who believes himself wrongfully relegated to concocting perfumes and colognes which he despises for wages not worth mentioning. So, as a means to an embittered end, he manufactures an evil ointment with a scent that so infuriates his giant bats to such an extent they feel compelled to tear the throats out of their unsuspecting victims.
“Devil Bat Diary” tells for the first time the full inside story of what took place in ways not possible to show to Production Code audiences back then: such as Chief Wilkins being in love with Layton, or that Mary Heath was a religious lunatic, or that Layton and his trusted picture-taking partner “One-Shot” McGuire couldn’t stand the sight of each other.
Written to coincide with the 70th Anniversary of the film’s release and dedicated to the eternal memory of Bela Lugosi, “Devil Bat Diary” is an unforgettably entertaining venture into a world filled with chirping Chiropterans, malicious murders, sacred sex and revolting revelations.
(Peter H. Brothers is also the author of “Mushroom Clouds and Mushroom Men – The Fantastic Cinema of Ishiro Honda.”)
